We’re committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees. To help limit traffic and increase social distancing, we are now offering contactless Pick-Up for online orders at fixed time and date.
When placing an order online, in the Shipping mode screen, select “Car Pick Up” option.
The pick-ups happen every day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
After you receive an email that your order is ready (important to wait for this email!), drive to the store and park your vehicle near the designated front door. The necessary information will be communicated to you in the email.
Call the store and an employee will bring your order to the designated door.
FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP
Pickups are done according to store opening hours
You can place your order online, and then pick up your item directly in store.
Select the button "Add to cart" and the in-store picking (ramassage/ Pickup option) will appear when selecting your delivery option. You will also receive at the end of the process, an original invoice from our web system.
Before you come to the store, you should wait for the confirmation email that will tell you what to do to recover your order.
You will be notified by email as soon as everything will be ready to be picked up. When you get to the store, present yourself at the counter with a copy of the confirmation email to get your order. In addition, a valid ID with the same address as your order will be required to take possession of your package.
If the package is to be picked up by a third party, please let us know and tell us the name of the person who will pick it up. The person will also be asked to show the order confirmation and a valid ID.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 24 hours (except holidays) if all items are available in store.
When you have completed your order, watch your Mail Inbox to be notified of the different steps of your order.
• An automated receipt
• Notification of processing (verifying the product availability)
• A notice to the effect that your order is ready to be picked up.
You should pay attention to emails sent to you, because they may contain notice for unavailable goods.
Franc Jeu® (Rosemere) makes every effort to keep its inventory as current as possible, but cannot at any time guarantee the availability of these products. Franc Jeu® (Rosemere) thereby assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience that may be caused due to out of stock and / or inability to provide you with the product you ordered.
If we are unable to provide you with any products you ordered on our online store, you will be notified by email.
We regularly follow-up on unclaimed orders. If the order is not picked up within the 30 day allocated period, a final notice is sent giving 48 hours to contact us with additional instructions. If we don't hear from you after this time, we will issue a refund and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the reimbursement for follow-up and file management.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes specific to each province will be applied directly to the invoice total.
In case of disparity in the prices of the internet catalog and those in store (Rosemere), the lowest price shall prevail, unless a statement "promotion internet only" or "promotion in store only."
Although we try to keep consistency in prices between all the "Franc jeu®", it may occasionally happen that prices vary from one store to another, depending on when the goods were received. Promotions, discounts and the selection of products can also vary from one store to another.
Franc jeu® can end all promotions at any time and without notice.
The merchandise can be exchanged or refunded at the FRANC ROSEMERE BRANCH ONLY within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any discounted item is considered final sale. Therefore, we do not accept return or exchange on these products.
You must obtain your authorization number by calling (450-437-2937) or sending an email to email@example.com before returning the item.
Conditions: You must provide proof of purchase (copy or image of the invoice), the product unused with its original packaging. Books can't be exchanged or refunded. The refund must be made with the same payment method AND on the same card used for purchase.
In the case of a defective item, we will be happy to exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase date. The same policy applies as proof of purchase and original packaging must be presented for exchange.
Promotional item: If a promotional product is returned, its gratuity must also be returned or will be charged.
