If it turns out that the businesses are TEMPORARILY CLOSED, be advised that no returns will be accepted during this period. Most of our activities are then stopped, and our return address is part of the closed premises. All requests are then processed when government authorities allow our employees to return to work in our offices.

If shops are open, normal policy applies.We thank you for your understanding.

Returns Policy

Franc jeu® Rosemère agrees to take back a product within 30 days of the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase. The product must be:

In its original packaging
Unused and in perfect condition for resale.

If the product is returned after the prescribed date, incomplete, opened, used or damaged, the refund may be refused. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

General Information

Returned items must be received by Franc jeu® (Rosemère) within 30 days* following the date of purchase by the customer;

The following return policy applies only to purchases made online at francjeurosemere.com or francjeurosemere.ca or purchases made by phone. 

Promotional item: If a promotional product is returned, its gratuity must also be returned or will be charged.

To receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, not having been opened, includes all labels and is considered by Franc jeu® (Rosemère) as new and undamaged.

Any discounted item is considered final sale. Therefore, we do not accept return or exchange on these products.

We will issue refunds for the product only.

Original shipping charges apply to returned items, unless the product is defective or damaged.


Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund if the police for orders over $75 no longer apply.

Items purchased originally with Reduced Shipping Charges (Provinces other than Quebec and Ontario) will have additional shipping charges applied to the refund.

All oversize or overweight product fees that may have been charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Reimbursement will be made in the name of the card holder used in the original transaction.

Refunds for returns either in-store or by Canada Post will be processed within 1 to 7 business days following the date of receipt of returned items.

* Holiday season: As of October 15, our return policy is extended until the first Friday after New Year's day to accommodate Christmas shopping. All other criterias remain unchanged. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced. We will gladly replace it at NO charge to you (including return shipping charges). Only if the item in question is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

RETURN OF GOODS

You must first contact Franc jeu® (Rosemere) customer service at 450-437-2937, or 1-800-718-0294 or by E-mail at inforosemere@francjeu.ca . Franc jeu® (Rosemère) will walk you through the return process. 

 

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AS FOLLOWS

1. In person at Franc jeu® located at Place Rosemère, in Rosemère.


2. Return by Canada Post (or a carrier of your choice) directly to Franc jeu® (Rosemère), at 401 Labelle Blvd, Local G-11, Rosemère (Quebec) J7A 3T2.


No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the authorized return period.

RETURNS BY CANADA POST - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please look at the general information mentioned above.

A Canada Post return label will then be emailed back to you.

The client must bring the item to a Canada Post counter with the return label provided by Franc jeu® (Rosemère).

RETURNS BY DELIVERY - NON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please look at the general information mentioned above.

The client must bring the item to a Delivery counter with shipping costs at its expense.

If the product is not returned in its original packaging, or if the product has been opened and / or used, Franc jeu® (Rosemère) will be unable to process a refund, a credit or an exchange.
