Delivery fees cover preparation, packaging and stamping. They are determined according to the delivery method, the address and the total amount of the order before taxes. Franc jeu®(Rosemere) may modify these fees at any time.
REFUSAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Franc jeu® Rosemere reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at its sole discretion. You will be notify, at the e-mail address under your profile, of the decision made by Franc jeu® Rosemere to cancel your order. After cancellation has taken place, Franc jeu® Rosemere will return all monies exchanged back to the original method payment.
Orders may be cancelled for any of the following reasons, without limitation:
- Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order
- Suspected intend to resell
- Shipping to any of following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels
- Issues determined by Franc jeu® Rosemere's fraud prevention system.
- Programming error
Please note that it is the consumers’ full responsibility to provide the accurate shipping address when placing the order. If an order is returned to sender because the consumer has used an incomplete or inaccurate address, all charges incurred will be at the buyer's expense.
It is the same in the case of unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that the recipient does not take possession of the package upon delivery, either because he is away from home and/or does not pick it up at Canada Post, and the package must be returned , an administrative charge of 10% will apply, the ACTUAL cost of delivery will not be refunded (even if free delivery had been applied) and the cost of return by Canada Post will also have to be invoiced.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGE
If your package seems delayed or lost, please email us at email@example.com or call toll free at 1-800-718-0294. We will follow up with Canada Post, a service ticket could be opened and an investigation of up to 10 working days will be carried out to find out the results. Additional delays may be necessary during periods of high traffic. If the package is officially declared lost by Canada Post, your order will either be sent to you again, at no additional cost, or refunded. You will be informed throughout the process.
